CLINICAL DIRECTOR, SENIOR PRINCIPAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST
DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY (USA)
CLASSICAL PILATES

UNCONVENTIONIAL METHODS, BACKED BY SCIENCE, EXPERIENCE AND A WEALTH OF HYBRID EXPERTISE

With over two decades of experience in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation, Belinda holds a Master’s and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University. She has worked alongside elite sports physicians and surgeons in California and New York, including team doctors for the Raiders and Golden State Warriors, mastering post-operative care and performance optimization.  In 2004, Belinda earned her Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) title and completed the prestigious Kaiser Hayward Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. This advanced training sharpened her skills in differential assessment and innovative care.

Belinda’s holistic approach is rooted in her training in Classical Pilates under Romana Kryzanowska‘s lineage, which she pursued after experiencing back pain herself. By integrating Pilates with physiotherapy, she helps patients achieve pain-free, optimized movement through core strengthening and dynamic stretching.  She is also a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and Health Fitness Instructor (ACSM), bridging rehabilitation and performance seamlessly.

After moving to Singapore in 2012, Belinda founded Fahrenheit to bring cutting-edge, patient-focused care to physiotherapy. As Singapore’s only Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy, she is committed to advancing recovery and performance solutions.  Belinda’s background as a competitive tennis player and gymnast shapes her unique perspective on athletic care.

She believes:
“Movement creates dysfunction, but through thoughtful rehabilitation and exercise, we can restore optimal function.”  At Fahrenheit, Belinda’s passion drives innovative, tailored treatments that empower patients to recover, perform, and excel.
